JUMP LITE + FULL BODY TABATA (60 mins)


The first 30 minutes is Jump Lite – a lower-impact Jumping Fitness session on the trampoline with simpler moves, slower transitions, and easy-to-follow choreography, while still giving you an effective cardio workout.


This part is perfect whether:

• You’re new to Jumping Fitness, or

• You’re a regular jumper who wants to slow things down and focus on technique, control, and form


The second 30 minutes is Full Body Tabata – a high-energy interval workout using the classic 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest format to build strength, burn fat, and improve fitness from head to toe.

😅 A great sweat in just 60 minutes
