Start with a dynamic warm-up and gentle pre-stretch, then jump into a heart-pumping cardio workout set to amazing music. You'll build endurance, boost your mood, and torch calories with nonstop jumping moves that keep you moving and motivated.

πŸ’ͺ 30-Minute Body Blast
Shift gears into targeted toning designed to sculpt and strengthen your legs, booty, upper body, and core. Using bodyweight exercises and intentional movement, you'll fire up every muscle group.

We finish with a relaxing cool-down stretch to help your body recover and leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and refreshed.
