Full Body Burn is a high-energy workout designed to leave you feeling strong, empowered, and recharged from head to toe!

We begin with a dynamic warm-up and gentle pre-stretch to activate your muscles and prepare your body for movement.

Then, dive into a targeted strength and toning segment focused on sculpting your legs, glutes, upper body, and core. This section uses a combination of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, and booty bands to challenge every major muscle group and build total-body strength.

Finally, we wind down with a cool-down and deep stretch to support recovery, reduce tension, and leave you feeling refreshed and accomplished.

All fitness levels welcome — just bring your water, energy, and good vibes!
