Full Body TABATA is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to leave you feeling strong, empowered, and recharged from head to toe!
We start with a dynamic warm-up and gentle pre-stretch to activate your muscles and prepare your body for movement.
Then, get ready for the main event: TABATA-style intervals — a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that follows a 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off format, repeated for several rounds. This scientifically backed method is designed to boost cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, and build strength in a short amount of time.
You’ll move through targeted strength and toning segments that focus on sculpting your legs, glutes, upper body, and core, using a mix of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, and booty bands to activate every major muscle group.
We close the session with a cool-down and deep stretch to support recovery, reduce tension, and leave you feeling refreshed and accomplished.
